As a photographer and guide, I show you two worlds exactly as they are – vast, wild, real.
I’m Leni – photographer and guide. At home in the vastness of the Lüneburg Heath, out and about in the landscapes of southern Africa.
Two worlds, one way of seeing: light that turns a moment into what it truly is. Sounds, scents, the feeling of being part of it rather than just watching. What interests me is what truly makes a place what it is: its people, its animals, its mood. As a guide, I take you to where these images are made. As a photographer, I capture what’s meant to last.
Photography
means looking closely, for me – at the light, the moment, at what truly makes a place what it is.
Whether it’s a company celebration, a conference, or a concert – I capture the moments that would otherwise live on only in memory, giving you images that keep your event alive long after it’s over.
Lodges, camps, and hotels need images that stir longing. I show spaces and experiences in a way that makes guests feel at home before they’ve even arrived.
Stories from the road – authentic, atmospheric, never staged. I photograph journeys the way they feel: immediate and real.
I photograph animals in their wild, natural surroundings – hoping to build awareness for how important it is to protect these places.
